- I found my vocation 14 years ago after spending 15 years behind a computer, closed off in a little office. Driving down the road in my car, thinking, "Here I'm driving to work, to earn money to keep my car on the road, to go to work...There must be more to life than THIS??!!!!" It's been a long journey of discovery, but now I’m part of a husband/wife team that run two businesses side by side, two sides of a coin: a Natural Health Centre and a Martial Arts Centre. I’m a Martial Artist and do it full-time for a living! I’m also a Natural Health Practitioner and everything we do centre around natural living and health. This is what forms the basis for our spirituality and life philosophy. I'm passionate about what I do, and love to help people to help themselves. Taking responsibility for their own lives...and seeing their whole face light up when they see the light - this gives me GREAT Satisfaction!!! I love to write and to share and network with likeminded people, which is why I started blogging!
